Q. I'm a 22 year old girl who exercises twice a week. I don't want to lose a lot of weight cuz I'm 112 right now who is pretty toned the only thing that I'm having trouble with is getting rid of the small amount of fat underneath my belly button. I have never been able to get rid of it. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions on some good exercises that can target that muscle. I just want to tone up the underneath of my belly button with certain exercises. I'm pretty toned every where else on my body even my obliques are nice its just the bottom I've been trying so hard, it just won't go away, any answers?
