Agility is the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, endurance and stamina. In sports, agility is described in terms of response to an opposing player, moving target, as seen in field sports and racket sports. Sheppard and Young (2006) define agility as "a rapid whole body movement with change of velocity or direction in response to a stimulus." In business, agility means the capability of rapidly and cost efficiently adapting to changes. Recently agility has been applied e.g. in the context of agile software development and agile enterprise. From Wikipedia under the

Answered by Olympicles - Sat Dec 1 03:10:53 2007 Where do people get materials for those gerbil agility courses?
Q. I've seen several different people online with the same or very similar materials in their agility courses, some of which may have been from horse toy sets and others I've never seen in stores. Where can I buy such things? (I know a few things can be made out of scrap wood but some stuff would be better with proper materials) The best would be a reference to an online store, as shopping in my area is very limited and I don't get to the city often. Some people might of made it themselves out of wood. Here is a website, it shows you where to get them, etc.: Here is how to train them (just in case you need it): The first link are for hamsters if you don't mind. I hope the websites helped!
